Q: What is your minimum order quantity? Do you accept small orders?
A: Our minimum quantity is 30 pieces. For some designs we accept orders of less than 10 pieces, I We can even customize a piece.

Q: Do you have any other product styles besides those shown on the website?

A: We provide OEM service and can do your own design.

Q: Can I put my brand logo and label on the product?
A:You can put your brand logo on your design or our products, but you have to provide us with the labels. We can also develop labels and marks for you at your expense.

A: Yes, we can make samples for your approval, but you need to pay for the sample fee and the courier fee.

A: If you send us a pattern or a factory pattern, we can send out samples within 7-10 days. If it is a new design and fabric needs to be sourced, it usually takes 14-21 days.

Q: How long is the order delivery cycle?
A: The order delivery time depends on the style and quantity. Generally, we can complete the goods within 7-15 days after receiving the fabric and sample approval.

Q: What is the shipping method?
A: For small orders, we recommend using express: Fedex, DHL, UPS. For large quantity orders, you can appoint your own freight forwarder to handle the shipment. Or we can provide DDP shipping, offering door to door service.

Q: What is the payment method?
A: By visa, mastercard, T/T, PAYPAL, PAYPAL_BNPL, APPLE_PAY, GOOGLE_PAY, PIX, OXXO, BILLIE, GC_REAL_TIME_BANK_TRANSFER For sample order, 100% payment is required in advance, for production, 50% deposit and 50% payment are required before shipment.
